2019 was another hot summer, so the vineyard peaches ripened wonderfully, but the acidity was on the low end. By blending in the grape lambic, the beer reached a brighter acidity and a richer bouquet. A symphony of fruits from a beautiful wine region that I love. Bottled February, 2020. | |||

Description
Pjassel Moezel is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with vineyard peaches harvested in 2019 and riesling and müller thurgau grapes harvested in 2018. Grape lambics made with extended maceration and post-maceration barrel aging.
History / Other Notes
