A new version of Zwanze 2022 ("Poivre des Gorilles" or "Gorilla pepper") with sligthly less pepper to allow for more balance. About 50 kg of black Gorilla pepper is added to 10 000 Liters of lambic, resulting in a ratio of about 5g / Liter.

Description
