==Description==

Cantillon Moeder Lambic Fontainas Cuvée X Browsel is a gueuze blended for the 10th anniversary of [[Moeder_Lambic|Moeder Lambic Fontainas]]. It is a blend of ~~three~~ and ~~four~~ year old lambic and was bottled in ~~75cl~~ and ~~1.5L bottles~~.

Cantillon Moeder Lambic Fontainas Cuvée X Browsel is a gueuze blended for the 10th anniversary of [[Moeder_Lambic|Moeder Lambic Fontainas]]. It is a blend of 3 and 4-year-old lambic and was bottled in different bottle sizes (most of them being 750 mL. but it ranged from 375 mL to 3 liters jeroboams, though the latter never made it as they all exploded due unexpected higher pressure than other sizes and not being secured beside a regular cork which wasn't enough), as well as six 20 L and three 30 L kegs.

Initially blended in October 2019 and meant to be part of a city-wide lambic celebration during Cantillon's [[Cantillon_Quintessence|Quintessence]] event in 2020, this bottle was publicly released for the first time after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2022 during the rescheduled Quintessence celebration. It was released to go at the Moeder Lambic/Cantillon ''Into the Wine'' event that same weekend. It is a blend of 300 ~~Liters~~ of 3-year old lambic from barrel T34, 600 ~~liters~~ of 3-year old lambic from barrel T46, and 400 ~~liters~~ of 4-year old lambic from barrel S40.
