Lambic aged on Cinsault red wine grapes from old vines of Domaine Ribieira in the town of Aspiran, located in the Occitania region, south of France.  
Cinsault is a beer made from 1 and 2-year-old lambics aged on 300 g/L of Cinsault red wine grapes from old vines owned by the winery Domaine Ribieira in the town of Aspiran, located in the Occitania region, south of France.


Two bottlings have been done so far, one on November 6th, 2017, and one on October 10th, 2022.
