Description
Colon-Elle is an unfiltered blend, bottled and released by Lambiek Fabriek. It matured in oak Bourbon whiskey barrels for 18 months. It is available in 750 mL bottles and is listed as 11% ABV (higher ABV coming not only from the whiksy but also from more grains in the mash on purpose).
History / Other Notes
Colon-Elle was first released in the Fall of 2021. The whiskey barrels originate from Het Anker in Mechelen, and were used to age Gouden Carolus Single Malt.
