Description

Eylenbosch Oude Gueuze is a standard blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics aged in oak barrels and refermented in the bottle. It is available in 375ml and 75cl bottles at 5.8% ABV, non-filtered and unpasterized.

History / Side-Notes

An early version has been released in 2021 called "Oud Gueuze Prematuurke" ("premature old gueuze") as it wasn't fully composed of 100% brewed Eylenbosch lambic yet, and part of the blend came from De Troch.

The first actual Oude Gueuze made entirely of new generation Eylenbosch lambic was bottled on May 19th, 2022, and available to the public from October 2023.
