Description
Bourbon Koekoek Lambiek is a blend of 1,2,3,4,5, & 6-year-old lambics, which were aged on barrels that formerly held Gouden Carolus Whisky. This is Publitasting’s second collaboration with Brouwerij Het Anker. The lambics were sourced from Brouwerijen Eylenbosch, Sako, De Troch, and Den Herberg in the Zenne valley. 33 L were produced in 2025.
