History / Other Notes
During blending, fruit concentrations of 300, 320, and 340 g/L were sampled. While 300 g/L did not provide sufficient fruit character, 340 g/L proved too juicy. Ultimately, it was determined that 320 g/L achieved the desired results.
First bottling was made on February 9th, 2024, and a second one was made in the next brewing season (processed remained unchanged), yet to be released.
