Description

Cantillon Amarillo Lambic is a single hopped lambic that was brewed in 2006 and served on draft at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation and Great British Beer Festivals in 2008.[1] It was hopped with 20 kg of Amarillo hops at the end of the boil.

This beer was bottled in limited quantities (Jean Van Roy confirmed to have no knowledge of the count, but it is low), mostly for quality control originally but a few bottles have been opened on occasions over the years.
