Description
Boerenerf's first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This 2-year-old lambic rested in an Oloroso Sherry cask over 30 years old, where it developed its deep, vinous character. When blending Lambic'ado, a portion of the barrels planned for the blend were chosen to be bottled separately due to exceptional character, displaying the essence of both traditions, the lambic and the wine.
