Description
3 Fonteinen Braambes is a blend of young lambic and hand-picked organic blackberries. It is bottled in 750 mL format and is listed as 6.2% ABV. It is the first large scale commercial release of a blackberry lambic by 3 Fonteinen after previously making various appearances as part of the Twist of Fate series.
History / Other Notes
Braambes was first released in 2019. The maceration ratio is 1 kg of fruit per 1 L of lambic and was macerated in the barrels. This release is a continuation of the cooperation between 3 Fonteinen and Ferme Framboos.
