== Description ==
We've had some bottlings done recently, so we can take some out of the warm room again, label them, and package them. We're happy to present some of them again, made with colleagues. Our first collaboration is Go Wild Oude Hop Hibiscus, in collaboration with Straetebrewerie. With this collaboration, we wanted to create a hybrid beer with ingredients that are in line with lambic, including old hops (thanks to Forrest Farm). The blend was made with 80% lambic from different lambic breweries and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-year-olds with hibiscus, and 20% Oud Hop Bier from Straetebrewerie. The resulting mixed-fermentation beer has a floral (fruity), fresh, and sour flavor.
